How is the monthly payment made up?
The employee's gross salary and statutory employer contributions, passed through at cost with no markup, plus a flat Growth Pods management fee per person. We agree compensation bands with you before recruiting starts.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees for a Managed Pod. You start paying when your first hire starts.
Are there recruiting fees?
Recruiting is included for Pod hires. There is no separate placement fee.
What about devices and office space?
Managed laptops and dedicated workspace are optional add-ons billed at cost plus a small handling fee. Remote-first Pods need neither.
Is there a minimum term?
No long-term lock-in. Engagements run month to month after an initial 3-month period, subject to Indian notice-period rules for the employees themselves.
How do I pay?
One monthly invoice in USD covering salaries, statutory costs and fees, payable by bank transfer or card.
